The student is expected to be in the classroom, seated and ready at the beginning of the class, for each scheduled class period. Excessive absences may result in a lowered grade. If a student will not be able to turn in homework before the due date or attend a class session when homework is due or a test is given, it is the student's obligation to discuss the situation with the instructor before that time to determine the possibility of alternate plans. The instructor is under no obligation to accommodate such requests, but may choose to do so. |
